04/01/09 : Hope you all had a fantastic festive break; we are now full steam ahead with the prepping for the trip, with some training days booked for mid-february.New sponsors this week, G&B Finch Ltd-Thankyou!!

05/02/09 : A slight set back this month; a serious electrical fault with the vehicle has lead to it being off the road for 6 weeks up until last Friday so prep work is now a bit behind. However, it gave us more opportunity to concentrate on getting in some all important sponsorship. Many thanks to John at Mansfield 4X4 for his kind offer of a pre-expedition check over & a "sale or return" deal on any spares we may need to take with us.

24/02/09 : More support received from First Line, supplying a replacement water pump to carry as a spare.

10/04/09 : Easter is here already & we're starting to feel like the trip is only just around the corner! Sponsors livery going on the vehicle next week & snorkel fitted this weekend. Thanks to Colin at Euro Vehicle Engineers (01245 460088) for some expert hole cutting. A much needed trip to the local camping shop is on the cards also!

16/04/09 : Camping equipment has all been sourced. New rear shocks & brake hoses on next week.Thanks to BTN Turbo for their support!

15/08/09 :  All prep is nearly finished, just the clutch to be changed next week & we are good to go-only 6 weeks!!

29/09/09 : We are well & truly underway! Currently in Alhaurin, Spain after a mammouth journey from Bilbao. Leave for Morocco tomorrow morning. Great group of people, can´t wait for the desert!
